What we receive
We collect only what you choose to share with us through enquiries, partnership conversations, and correspondence about events we plan together: your name, corporate email, job title, organisation, and telephone number, together with the professional context you include.
How it is used
Personal data is used strictly to respond to your enquiry, to evaluate and shape the engagement you are considering, to plan and deliver events, and to communicate updates related to that work. We do not sell, rent, or publicly share personal data.
Discretion
Our clients are senior decision-makers, and their confidence is the foundation of our work. Enquiries, conversations, and correspondence are held in strict confidence. Access to personal data within Silk Hawk Group is limited to those who administer the work in question, and any service provider supporting our communications is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Protection and retention
Personal data is protected by appropriate administrative and technical safeguards, and retained only for as long as it serves the purposes above or is required by law. Data from enquiries that do not proceed is reviewed periodically and removed when no longer needed. Where data is transferred outside Singapore in the course of our work across Asia and beyond, we ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
